I give you 24 hours to give me show cause letter for these matters
- For the reason why they still barred my acc even I have done full settlement and I have to face compensation fees because of your careless
- Why the customer service dept can only access auto finance acc but cannot do the unbarred
- And please clarify for the issue that raise by your customer service who attend me on that day – 28 June 2010 @ 7pm [Shila], the payment for Auto-finance cannot be made after 7.00 pm.
If I’m not satisfy with your letter, I will hand over this thing to Bank Negara to investigate.
Hamek kau. Aku terus minta surat tunjuk sebab. Padahal aku dah tinggal phone number semua. Detail semua dah ada. Tak boleh ke kalau diorang nak telefon aku direct and explain. Email ni aku balas hari Selase, (1 June).
Diorang tak boleh call aku within 24 hours. Pelik betul aku, since aku lodge report, aku siap tinggalkan phone number and the don't even care pun. Patutnya diorang boleh je nak call aku directly kan on monday (semalamnya) itself. Stupid!!!
