We truly understand your frustration. We have today contacted your Auto Finance Centre and was made to understand that they are in the midst of investigating your report. Please allow them some time to revert to you with the findings.

On a separate note, our Customer Care Centre is not authorized to unblock/unbar the account. We would however assist in furnishing the customers with the required details provided they (customers) are T-PIN verified. Nevertheless, we could also notify the respective Auto Finance Centres to unblock the account (if need be) on behalf of customers.

As for payments to hire purchase, there is no restriction on the time. Payments can be made any time during the day except when system maintenance is conducted which is normally from 12 a.m to 1 a.m.

Should you require any further assistance, you are welcome to contact our Customer Service Executives at telephone number 1 300 ** ***8 or 03-**** **96 (overseas) 24 hours a day , 7 days a week.

Email ni aku terima hari rabu (2 Jun) lembap gila kan. Aku pun pelik la. Kenapa lembap sangat diorang ni buat keje. Customer 1st should. Bukan susah pun nak call aku for 5 minutes. Tapi aku layan email ni sebab syiok gilos melayan weh. Hahahahah
