Bank Itu S*CK - Episode 11

Only today you contacted the respective auto centre? This email had been work since Monday. Ok, NVM I need the show cause letter and Corrective action plan for this matter. I want it to be black and white so it will be clear later.

For your customer care clarification. Please prepare a proper letter [with a letter head and HOD signature]. You can scan and email to me for my record so that if this case happen again in the future, I can refer to this record. If you have your customer service policy should be better.

I need all of this by 4pm.


Aku balas dengan ayat begitu [english tonggang terbalik] Aku dah mention dalam email aku semalam, aku bagi 24 jam notice untuk bagi aku surat tunjuk sebab. So hari aku reply email ni (3 Jun), adalah hari yang sepatutnya aku dapat surat aku. Terhegeh-hegeh buat keje weh.

Korang cuba bayangkan. Email ni dari hari isnin and it tooks more than 48 hours untuk diorang feedback pada respective auto centre. Manalah aku tak bengang. Serius, aku bengang sangat-sangat weh.

Kalau korang dapat rasa kebengangan aku, terima kasih banyak-banyak erk. Sesape yang tak dapat rasa. Next entry ada lagi.
